Below are the questions that we are most frequently asked by our customers. If your query is not answered here then please do not hesitate to contact us.

1. Minumum Order Quantity

The minimum order qty is 100. We can supply less for special orders.

2. Prices

Prices start as low as 15c. each for large quantities of Offset Printed Pins. We usually quote for individual orders, depending on Size, Quantity & Finish. We can send you a price list.

Hard Enamel: {Cloisonné Enamel} This original form of enamelling, was developed by the Chinese thousands of years ago to make eloquent ornaments. Powdered, coloured glass is baked into each area.

Synthetic Enamel: {Imitation Enamel} A modern substitute for Hard Enamel. This process provides an outstanding quality finish with reasonable price & a much broader range of colours to choose from.

Soft Enamel: {Imitiation Cloisonné} This is the most common enamel. Paint is used in this process.

Silk Screen Print: {Laser Printing} This technique allows the printing of designs with a precise and identified number of colours. This is also a cheaper alternative to soft enamel process for larger quantities.

Offset Printing: Offset Printing is perfect for designs with gradual colours
No plating makes it even cheaper than Silk Screen Pins.

All the above pins should last a lifetime. Samples on request.

4. Lead Time

Most orders are completed within 4 weeks, but please give as much time as possible. Rushed orders can be facilitated.

5. How do I order?

Please supply a black and white line drawing if possible with areas numbered for colour reference. State size North to South.

6. Terms

All orders are 10% deposit with order and balance C.O.D.
